Trust me to create a Memory Portrait of your treasured memories & experiences. Through interviews, visits and photographs, the magic of your vision will come to life and be preserved for a lifetime. Together we will collaborate to visually tell your story.

The Commission Process:
1.Begins with discussions about your special moment,
   family cabin, secret fishing hole, etc., and its location,
   photo resources available, and its significance to you. 
   If I can travel to the location, that is best. Interviews
   often involve serveral family members.
2.The size, medium, price and timing are agreed upon. A
   deposit is appreciated.
3.Preliminary sketches and color choices are presented for
   approval.
4.Painting starts and the stages of the painting are made
   available via my blog or private emails. You will have
   complete access to my artistic process.
5.Your Memory Portrait is presented/delivered with a
   guarantee of satisfaction.

    Memory Portrait.

Options:
In addition to your custom Memory Portrait, you have the following options, which no other artist is known to offer:

-  Personal & confidential interviews with every interested participant .
-  Regular viewing of the process via email and/or studio visits. 
-  Matted collection of preliminary sketches.
-  Coffee table book(s) telling the story about your Memory Portrait
   process. Examples are available and these books are really cool,
   if I may say so myself.
-  Giclee print(s) of the original painting. This allows for family mem-
   bers to enjoy the image as well.

Pricing:
The final price of your painting will depend upon the options you choose, the size and any necessary travel. Generally a commissioned painting costs about 20-30% more than non-commissioned paintings. For example: A commissioned 18x24 oil painting would cost $1,350 to $1,475.00 versus $1,125.00
